Before her specialization in FF&E purchasing, Claudia had gained operational experience in various F&B establishments and in the front office and reservations department at the five-star property Waldhaus Sils Maria. In her ensuing five-year career at the Bürgenstock Selection, Claudia became the Group Manager of the FF&E purchasing department, leading her team through the project development of the Royal Savoy in Lausanne and the Bürgenstock Resort in Lucerne.
Not only is Claudia a proven specialist in FF&E procurement: With her strong negotiating skills and her determined eye for the project’s vision, she’s also appreciated as an expert in streamlining the interests and efforts of different stakeholders and suppliers during the project development. Claudia is a graduate from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
